Guest Service Representative (Guest Services/Front Desk) ? Part Time
Job ID No. 537777: 1 PT, AM/PM
Front Desk Clerk. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests questions and concerns. GREAT hospitality and customer service skills as well as computer and cash handling skills required. Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Hotel experience a definite plus, but will consider any related customer service focused experience. Must be available to work a flexible part time schedule (20-40 hours per week) including weekends and holidays, rotating days and shifts (1st./2nd.) as business demands. College Students are welcome to apply!
